Be between the ages of 13 and 21.

Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and satisfactory conduct.

Be able to attend Monday night meeting (twice a month).

Must be a United States Citizen or Lawful Resident Alien.

Be able to attend most community service events.

Be able to pay dues of $1.00, a meeting.

All Candidates must be drug (illegal) free including alcohol and tobacco.

Be able to pay for boots and  black BDU pants.

Must be able to attend training days, once a month on Sundays.

Have access to transportation to and from Explorer meetings and events.

Must have and give a 100% commitment to attended mandatory weekly
meetings and assigned details.

Must not have a criminal or gang background or involvement and must have
good moral character as determined by a background check.
